Auction Items and Information

BECAUSE OF INTERNET ISSUES, WE'RE GOING TO EXTEND THE AUCTION UNTIL 5:20PM
APhA-ASP's Silent Auction is Friday, September 16, at Somerset from 4-5 pm.  Bidding will be open to everyone including faculty, staff, and students of the school of pharmacy.  This will provide a unique opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to interact in hopes of promoting camaraderie between all involved.  Also, this is a great way to raise funds to send our members to MRM(Midyear Regional Meeting).

We will accept bids via 2 methods; at Somerset(4pm-5pm) and via e-mail(12pm-5pm, please e-mail Mary Pham at mtpham@umes.edu).  Please note that the time you placed your bid will be taken into consideration if you're tied with another bid.  For example, if Tawes and I both placed a bid for $5 then whoever placed the bid first would win.

The highest bids will be announced at the auction and on our blog, http://umesapha-asp.blogspot.com/, which will be updated every 15-20 minutes(pending our class schedule between 1pm-3pm) in order for you to track the highest bids.  You will only have to pay if you're the highest bidder.

Payment is due to Chelsea Carey on Monday, 9/19/11.  Cash and checks( payable to UMES APhA-ASP) are acceptable forms of payment.  She will be available in Somerset from 11:30am-12:10pm and will visit SP1 during one of their breaks on Monday.  Please e-mail Chelsea at clmcswain@umes.edu, if you have questions or concerns.  The winners will be announced on our blog and via e-mail.  Good luck!
